Join with other women leaders across Louisiana to help Sen. Mary Landrieu continue her fight for Louisiana's future!
As I embark on my 2008 re-election bid, I'd like to take a moment to thank you for helping me to establish my Louisiana Leadership Network. This is the first time a significant online fundraising campaign has been tried in our state, and its success has the potential to change the political landscape in Louisiana forever. I am excited that you have agreed to be a part of this innovative program.

I am also grateful that you have stepped forward to become actively engaged in our fight for Louisiana's future. This is a critically important election. Now more than ever, our people need effective, experienced leadership to take on the tough challenges and to win the big battles.
Recent polls show our approval rating is stronger than ever. However, politics as they are, the U.S. Senate race in Louisiana will be targeted by the outside opposition as a top contest for 2008. With your early encouragement, we will be ready to wage a strong statewide campaign with a solid grassroots base of support.
Again, thank you for joining my Louisiana Leadership Network. By urging your friends, family, and colleagues to stand with us, you will be creating a strong foundation for our campaign across Louisiana that will provide a better future for our children and grandchildren.
I need your help, and the help of your friends, relatives and business associates, to continue working for all the people of our state at this critical time in our history.
Sincerely,
Mary Landrieu
U.S. Senator
In these critical times, Louisiana needs a strong, experienced Senator. One who knows how to fight and what to fight for -- a Senator who gets things done in Washington by working with members of both parties. One who has a solid record of accomplishment. One who delivers real results for our state and nation. That's why we need to keep Mary Landrieu in the Senate. She's fighting -- and winning -- the big battles for Louisiana.
